Upper Arm Lift

During an upper arm lift, the excess skin is removed, often in combination with liposuction.
The goal of this cosmetic surgery is slim upper arms and barely visible scars. These are well hidden on the inner sides of the upper arms, extending from the armpits up to just before the elbows. After an upper arm lift, a compression garment should be worn for six weeks, and sun exposure, sports, and sauna should be avoided during this time. The initial tightness will noticeably improve after this period.
